We are looking for an experienced distributor or sales partner to represent our products on the Dutch market. Our modular homes are fully portable, eco-friendly wooden cabins built with premium materials including Accoya acetylated wood (50+ year lifespan), Rockwool insulation, and aluminum window/door frames. Each unit is delivered fully finished — including underfloor heating, electrical, plumbing, and sewage installations — and can be set up in a matter of hours with no traditional construction required. Units start at ~21 m² net area and are customizable via our online configurator. Key selling points for the Dutch market: ideal for backyard studios, holiday rentals, guest houses, and remote workspaces. Strong demand drivers include housing shortage, growing interest in tiny living, and the sustainability-first mindset of Dutch consumers. What we're looking for: A distributor or sales agent with an established network in the Dutch construction, real estate, holiday park, or glamping/hospitality sector. Experience selling prefab or modular housing solutions is a strong plus.
